1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Glenvs (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. Glenvs reserves the right to make changes to these Terms of Use at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes.
2. License to Use
Glenvs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms of Use. Any other use is prohibited without the prior written consent of Glenvs.
3. User Accounts
When you create a Glenvs account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account. You must immediately notify Glenvs of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. Glenvs will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account.
You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. You may not use another person's account without permission. When creating your account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for updating this information to maintain accuracy.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service:
- In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- To transmit any defamatory, obscene, abusive, or hateful material
- To transmit any content that infringes upon any third-party intellectual property rights
- To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape the Service

Glenvs Content: The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Glenvs or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or transmit any content without prior written permission.
6. Limitations of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GLENVS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICE IS TO STOP USING THE SERVICE. GLENVS'S LIABILITY IN ANY MATTER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OF USE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO GLENVS IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, IF ANY.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. GLENVS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. GLENVS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Glenvs and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any and all losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or any violation of these Terms of Use.
9. Termination
Glenvs may terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may, but are not obligated to, delete your data upon termination.
10. Payment Terms
Subscription Plans: If you choose a paid subscription plan, you agree to pay the fees as described in the pricing information. Payments are processed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan.
Billing: Billing occurs at the beginning of your subscription period and on each renewal date. You authorize Glenvs to automatically charge your payment method on file for the subscription fee.
Refunds: Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. No refunds are available for subscriptions that have been in use for more than 30 days.
11. Service Level Agreement
Glenvs aims to maintain 99.5% uptime for Professional plans and 99.9% uptime for Enterprise plans, measured on a monthly basis. Downtime does not include scheduled maintenance or issues caused by factors outside our control. For SLA details and credits, refer to your service agreement.
12. Data Protection and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.
13. Export Control
The Service may not be exported or re-exported in violation of U.S. export control laws. You agree to comply with all export control regulations and to obtain any required permits or licenses.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Glenvs is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or related to these Terms of Use shall be exclusively brought in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements you may have with Glenvs, constitute the entire agreement between you and Glenvs regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.

18. Modifications to the Service

The Service may contain links to third-party websites and services that are not operated by Glenvs. These Terms of Use do not apply to third-party services, and Glenvs is not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and conditions.
20. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction specified in Section 14.
